Recognize I could be under spiritual attack

The Gut triad 8, 9, 1: Guilt for not doing enough

The Heart triad 2, 3, 4: Shame for not being enough

The Head triad 5, 6, 7: Fear of not having enough

Recognize my need for authentic relationships

So I urge you now to reaffirm your love for him. When you forgive this man, I forgive him, too. And when I forgive whatever needs to be forgiven, I do so with Christ’s authority for your benefit, so that Satan will not outsmart us. Recognize I may need medical help and radical life change

Don’t drink only water. You ought to drink a little wine for the sake of your stomach because you are sick so often. 1 TIMOTHY 5:23 NLT

Recognize God’s presence and power in the midst of my suffering

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. PSALM 34:18 NIV

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. PSALM 41:10 NLT

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” MATTHEW 11:28-30 NLT
