Find a quiet place where you can open your heart to God. Allow yourself to be real as you express to him how you are feeling about the recent tragedies. Know that God hears whatever you have to say and that he is present to you. When you have come to the end of your words, sit for a moment in silence. When you are ready, ask God to comfort you and to reveal his truth to you. As you go through your week, remind yourself of his presence continue to ask him for what you need.
